One of the unique components of the Casel development is the Mixed Use component. We are still seeking prospective tenants/owners of the retail space that will operate a business that will compliment the building and provide value added services for the residential owners. While we cannot be absolutely certain of the mix, we are working on agreements with a Chiropractor, a specialty wine store, coffee shop and a ready food to go market concept. Future residents of Casel will then have some of these "Essential Life Style Services" at their doorstep. This reduces the amount of time required to drive, provides ultimate convenience and more "you" time.
We are also actively searching out small business owners who require office space and would like to own rather than rent. Currently, just over 2/3 of the office has been accounted for. This leaves around 2700 square feet that can be sold as one or two units.
