This past Saturday marked a very special milestone for Niklas Group!
We held an official Groundbreaking Ceremony at the Casel site, at 1901 24 St SW!! The weather was cool, yet the coffee and hot chocolate warmed everyone up and a great time was had by all! Casel purchasers, prospective purchasers, friends, colleagues & Niklas Group staff gathered to celebrate this fantastic day. Purchasers got the opportunity to ride the Snorkle Lift to the floor of their future unit!! This gave them the chance to view their fantastic city and mountain views. Thanks to everyone who came out, we are all very thrilled to watch as construction gets underway at Casel!
